Rick  Jarrard (RCA Studios) Rick was a producer at RCA and was looking for a new project.  He had just completed producing Harry Nilsson, Jose Feliciano and had co-produced Surrealistic Pillow with Jefferson Airplane.  Lee Atkinson, who was Dabek's agent at the time, knew Rick and suggested he listen to some of his music. After listening, Rick set up a session in RCA's Hollywood studios and had him lay down some tracks.  These tracks are the earliest tapes that exist of Dabek's music.  They were recorded in March of 1969 and the only copies of those masters were on an old 7" reel to reel tape that didn't fare too well in storage for thirty years. All of these selections were put through restoration processes.
